Thank you for shopping with Skorch Fashion. We strive to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. As a print-on-demand brand, each item is made to order, which affects how we handle returns and refunds.
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
As our products are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Wrong size ordered by the customer

Change of mind after order is placed

Minor color or placement variation due to printing process
We accept returns or offer replacements only in the following cases:

Item received is defective or damaged

Wrong item received (different design, size, or color from what was ordered)
If you believe you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

Order ID

Clear photos of the item and the issue

2. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, we will:

Issue a replacement product at no extra cost
OR -
Provide a full refund to your original payment method
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
3. Cancellations
As each product is made-to-order, we allow cancellations only within 2 hours of placing the order. After this time frame, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled or modified.
To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@skorchfashion.in with your order ID.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for size or color changes once the order is confirmed. Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order to ensure the correct fit.
5. Shipping-Related Issues
If your order is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us. We will investigate and work with our logistics partner to resolve the issue. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or refund.
